Nordic Walk over lunch

 Today was a cross-training day. I don't want any overuse injuries to throw my training plan off. I need to limit the running to every other day for now. Eventually I can go 4-5 days a week.

Using google walking maps to map my route, I just did approximately 2.2 miles or so for about 25-27 minutes of fast paced nordic walking.  The temperature is in the low 50s and a bit breezy. Lots of sun...pretty nice overall.

It is nice to have today's workout out of the way. Tomorrow it is back to running.
