Walking and jogging

I am only going to post a weekly update as to how my training for the 5k is coming along.  I plan to walk every day and run/walk every other day.

Even though I record everything with my Garmin GPS, I will only put links here occasionally, like today. The temperature for today's outing was about 68 or so.  I feel pretty good about today's distance and time.
