Nordic Walking

I almost forgot, today was the first day I used my new trekking poles for a nordic walk during my lunch time at work.  Went about 20 minutes along the lake shore path.  It definitely adds to a walking workout.  Well worth it.
If I can do this everyday and then my run 4 to 5 times a week, my endurance should dramatically increase. Can't wait to see how I feel at the end of summer. Off to a good start already.

I just reviewed my training log and see that I have done my run/walk interval training 12 times over the past three weeks.  It is easier already.
